Dieses \u00d6l stammt von den jahrhundertealten Olivenb\u00e4umen dieser Sorte, die in den Gebieten Alto und Bajo Maestrazgo in Castell\u00f3n beheimatet sind. Dort ist sie auch unter anderen Namen wie Nana, Canet\u00ed oder Llusi\u00f3 bekannt.<\/p>\n

Es ist ein oxidationsstabiles \u00d6l von intensiver gr\u00fcner Farbe mit Aromen, die an Tomatenbl\u00e4tter, Kr\u00e4uter und Olivenbaumbl\u00e4tter erinnern; ebenso finden sich Noten von Artischocke und gr\u00fcner Banane. Am Gaumen spiegeln sich diese Aromen im Geschmack wider und ergeben eine angenehme, mild-mandelartige Bitternote, die gr\u00fcn und frisch wirkt. <\/p>\n

Die Sch\u00e4rfe ist mild und flie\u00dfend und hinterl\u00e4sst ein sehr angenehmes Gef\u00fchl und einen sch\u00f6nen Nachhall am Gaumen. Ideal zur Begleitung von rohem Fleisch und Fisch (Tartar), ger\u00f6stetem Gem\u00fcse sowie Fleisch- und Fischgerichten im Allgemeinen.<\/p>\n

Es harmoniert hervorragend mit Zitrussalaten sowie mit Wurstwaren (Chacinas), K\u00e4se und gesalzenem Fisch.<\/p>\n
