Our selection wouldn’t be complete without a good Blanqueta, an olive variety native to Muro de Alcoy, which encompasses the entire Comtat region and parts of the neighboring areas in the provinces of Alicante and Valencia. The unique characteristics of the soil and climate give it a high percentage of linoleic acid, antioxidants, and vitamins. <\/p>\n
The aromas are persistent in native herbs, notes of fruit and green almonds.<\/p>\n
Its flavor is a gentle fruitiness, with hints of apple, notes of aromatic herbs, and almonds, the green notes and bitterness of the almond predominating. It has a pleasant mouthfeel thanks to its smoothness and fruitiness. <\/p>\n
Ideal for eating raw, as a salad dressing, in vegetable creams, and with roasted fish, vegetables, and meats.<\/p>\n
