WARRANTY
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions of the purchased product, but does not include problems resulting from misuse or damage caused by the customer.
RETURNS
Celler la Muntanya will accept returns only under the following conditions:
• Right of withdrawal. In compliance with the Retail Trade Act (Law 7/1996) regarding distance selling, Celler la Muntanya establishes that the customer has the right to return purchased products within 14 days of receipt, without requiring any justification. Direct return shipping costs will be borne by the customer (original shipping costs + return shipping costs). Items must be returned in perfect condition. Once the returned items have been verified to be in perfect condition, Celler la Muntanya will issue a refund.
• Defective product upon receipt. If the customer receives a product(s) with any type of malfunction, they must notify El Celler la Muntanya within 48 hours for immediate replacement. The customer must first verify, via technical support, that the product is indeed defective and not due to a lack of understanding of its operation. All costs associated with the collection and delivery of the product will be borne by El Celler la Muntanya.
• Product damaged in transit. If the customer detects any damage (bumps, open packages, etc.) to the package(s) received, they must note it on the delivery slip and notify Celler la Muntanya immediately. If the customer does not note the issue on the carrier’s delivery slip, it will be assumed that the package arrived in perfect condition, and Celler la Muntanya will not accept any subsequent claims.
How to proceed with a return?
To process a return, please send an email to info@cellerlamuntanya.com clearly stating:
• Contact information: Name, Surname, Address and Telephone.
• Order or Invoice Number.
• Reason for return, indicating the issue as clearly as possible.
• Upon receiving this information from El Celler la Muntanya, we will also provide you with the remaining instructions for sending us the material.
