Saüc Rojo Vermouth

Saüc Vermouth is the answer to a question we asked ourselves some time ago: If a good vermouth can be made from a weak wine, what will come from a good wine? And so it was. Besides the wine, we have the Sierra de Mariola, recognized as one of the largest and best herb gardens in Spain, with 1,200 cataloged plants, flowers, and trees, a Natural Park due to its rich vegetation, and of course, our beloved Malvasía grape. Specially processed to obtain the acidity, alcohol content, and residual sugars, which, together with the botanicals, especially wormwood, spices, and elderberries, will give us our Saüc Vermouth.
