Beni White wine
VARIETY:
White Grenache and others
OBSERVATIONS: Grapes produced from emblematic goblet-trained vineyard plots over 60 years old that resisted the transformation of land uses in the area.

TASTING:
Visual phase: bright lemon yellow color with straw-like reflections.
Olfactory phase: complex nose with citrus and withered flower aromas with ripe white fruit, secondary aromas from the partial malolactic fermentation of part of the wine and tertiary aromas from its short time in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting phase: a lively acidity gives way to flavors of ripe white fruits and aging, a rather glyceric and sweet wine, very pleasant.
Summary: a very complex white wine on the nose and a very tasty and sweet palate.
