Production
Selected and dehydrated grapes on reed mats in the shade. Fermentation at 17 degrees Celsius in French oak barrels. Fermentation is stopped after 22 days by lowering the temperature to 6 degrees Celsius. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with lees aging at a controlled temperature.

<strong>Visual phase</strong>: bright amber color.<br /> <strong>Olfactory phase</strong>: very complex nose with aromas of raisins, honey, toasted caramels and tobacco.<br /> <strong>Tasting notes:</strong> a well-balanced acidity with sweetness thanks to the dehydration of the grapes hung in the shade. A very pleasant wine with initial flavors of honey and raisins that give way on the finish to fantastic aging and evolutionary flavors; a naturally sweet wine that is very pleasant and light. <br /> <strong>Summary:</strong> A naturally sweet white wine that is very complex on the nose and palate, it has an excellent balance between sweetness and acidity.
